With a massive 80 years combined industry experience, our team delivers the highest levels of professional care and support across all services.

We pride ourselves on our forward thinking and innovative techniques, leading edge products and ‘old school’ standards of client care.

Director

Deb has an extensive background in finance and bookkeeping and she is also busy raising 3 small children.

Originally from South Africa, she has been living on the Sunshine Coast for over 11 years, and has a passion for the community and for family. 

Deb genuinley cares for our clients, and her main goal is to ensure each and every client feels valued, listened to and respected. They are not just a number, but a valued member of the DPO Family!

Senior P&O Clinician / Clinical Supervisor

With over 20 years national and international experience, Dewet has worked in and around some of the most challenging and diverse clinical situations, and has a reputation for delivering innovative and forward-thinking solutions.

Dewet is dedicated to maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills to ensure his clients are able to make the most informed decisions regarding their care options.

He is passionate about this profession and his clients. He has a genuine knack for understanding patient’s needs and goals,  and always puts them first. He is always willing to go above and beyond for them.

DID YOU KNOW: Dewet once made a prosthetic leg for a cheetah who had gotten his lower limb caught in a poacher’s trap and it had to be amputated.

Stephen Saroglia

Stephen Saroglia

Senior P&O Technician

Steve is a very familiar face and a well-known and respected name with both clients and industry professionals alike.

With over 43 years of experience, many would have met and been looked after by Steve over the years.

As an amputee himself, Steve has an intimate understanding of the needs of amputees.

DID YOU KNOW? Steve is a past World Record holding Track & Field Paralympian! He has competed in national and international games, winning plenty of gold and silver medals along the way.

He has certainly won our hearts too and the hearts of our clients that he cares for!

Greg Vos

Welcome to our newest Team Member, Greg!

Greg has been in the industry for over 25 years, starting off his career doing surgical footwear before falling in love with Prosthetics & Orthotics and progressing into the profession.

Originally from South Africa, Greg immigrated to New Zealand with his wife and two daughters in 2015,  and became the Central Regional Manager in Wellington at Peke Waihanga.

We are very happy and excited that he has joined the DPO Team and he is looking forward to growing our expert workforce. Greg is passionate about helping clients and finding the best solution for an optimum outcome. 

When not at work, Greg loves to spend time with his lovely wife and daughters either camping, fishing or in the bush.

Caitee joined the Australian Military at 17 years old and completed a fulfilling 11 years in the Royal Australian Navy. Her career achievements, life experience and fulfillment she gained from her time there is something that she will always be grateful for.

When she discharged from the military, she decided to return ‘home’ to QLD and civilian life where she was able to utilise her skills and experience in the administration world. Caitee loves being able to help and support staff and patients in her role here at DPO.

She is also a mother of 3 and a grandma of 1. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and horse riding with her daughter.

Meet the newest member of our team - Allie! 

 

Allie has a long background in property management and all types of administration. She has a strong passion for customer service, loves working with people and helping where she can. 

 

She is also a mum to three young kids, and enjoys getting outdoors and camping with the family but mostly she loves pottering around home while we continue to renovate their family home.
